This ensures your lift is made correctly from the very start, meeting your expectations and unique requirements. 2. When Something Isn’t Right
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something arrives damaged or not working as expected, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue, such as arranging a replacement or correcting any mix-ups on our end. If you received the wrong product by mistake, we’ll quickly get the right item sent your way.

3. Handling Replacements
If a product does need to be returned due to a defect or error, we’ll set up a replacement (subject to availability). In most cases, the customer is responsible for shipping items back to us, unless we confirm there was a product defect.
